Motion Creator

After installing all the hardware properly according to Chapter 2
and 3, it is necessary to correctly configure cards and double
check before running. This chapter gives guidelines for establish-
ing a control system and manually exercising the cPCI-8168 cards
to verify correct operation. Motion Creator provides a simple yet
powerful means to setup, configure, test and debug motion control
systems useing cPCI-8168 cards.

Note that Motion Creator is available only for Windows 95/98 or
Windows NT with the screen resolution higher than 800x600 envi-
ronment and can not run on DOS.

5.1

Execute Motion Creator

After installing the software driver of cPCI-8168 on Windows 95/
98/NT/2000, the motion creator program can be found in <chosen
path >/cPCI-8168/Utility. To execute it, double click it or use desk-
top “Start” > “Program files” > “cPCI8168” > “Motion Creator”.
