Retained contents in grease separator 
may pose health risks and thus kitchen 
operators must not dispose the contents 
independently. 

The disposal of the grease separator 
contents has to be carried out by 
specialist waste contractors normally using 
disposal trucks.

Please contact the responsible local 
water board authorities for appropriate 
contractor contacts.

To sustain potential guarantee 
claims, all disposal services have to 
be recorded in an operating logbook.
