NOTE)

1.  When 1/2 bias are selected, the VLC1, VLC2 and VLC3 are internally connected.
2.  When 1/3 bias are selected, the VLC2 and VLC3 are internally connected.
3.  When the internal resistors are selected, all the P73/VLC0, P72/VLC1, P71/VLC2 and

P70/VLC3 pins can be used for normal I/O.
