Note Action
Torque wrench head, closed end:
3HAC063379-001. Fit the sealing ring and the joint. 3
Apply grease to the screw thread and between
the washer and the screw head. 4
Hexagon flange bolt: 3HAC058625-
001
Secure with the lubricated screws and washers
and tighten, using the torque wrench head with a
closed end.
Tip
The shaft rotates when loosening/fastening the
screws.
Use one of two alternatives to hold the shaft still:
1 Hold the motor shaft still with an open-end
wrench (47 mm) at the joint while loosen-
ing/tightening the screws. Requires two
persons.

2 Hold the motor shaft still by inserting a pin
through the joints (5-axis robot) or through
the joint and against the casting. Choose
an appropriate material for the pin, that
does not damage the surface of the joints.

Anti-seize paste: Molykote P1900

Tightening torque: 35 Nm.
