E.3.7 Set Event Receiver

This command sets the slave address and the LUN of the Event Receiver, which
will receive the Event Messages generated by the IPMI subsystem.

For a list of platform events generated by the IPMI subsystem see

“Platform

Events” on page 91

E.3.8 Get Event Receiver

This command gets the current setting for the Event Receiver slave address and
LUN.

E.3.9 Get Sensor Reading

This command returns the present reading for the sensor. Sensors are periodically
scanned, and the last reading will be immediately returned in response to this
command.
