2.10.3
As of R2.1
As of R2.1, management in the PBX is automatic for sets in the i7xx range.
2.11
Restrictions
2.11.1
Warning
Only the installers have the appropriate expertise to cut-in the programmable functions/dedicated
keys (programming by a top-end terminal or by MMC).
2.11.2
M7xx range before V11.3
The terminals cannot be recognised by MMC. This is because before V11.3, the PBX was unable
to recognise digital sets in the M7xx range as they were not included in the list of sets (menu 5
"Installer data"). In this case, the PBX displays "digital sets" with no possibility of knowing whether
the terminal is connected or not, or the type of set in question.
The class B ATDC function is not available with the M7xx range.
2.11.3
M7xx range from V11.3 and before R1.3
The terminals can be recognised by MMC. Just select the name of the set in the list of sets in
menu 5 "Installer data". In this case, the PBX displays the name of the set(s) selected.
In addition to being declared via an MMC, the class B ATDC function requires the M760 set to be
configured manually (see section 4.6). The set software version must be R2.2 or later.
2.11.4
M7xx range before release 1.3
Programming the keys on an M760 by PBX MMC provides the possibility of programming 40 keys
whereas the terminal only has 20.
For the Class B ATDC function with an M760 set, it is advisable to associate an extension with it.
The storage, re-transmit and hold functions are not available with the M7xx range.
2.11.5
M7xx range from R1.3
Set identification is automatic (except for M725 for which identification is only automatic in release
4.1 and later).
To allow a called user to retrieve the communication
before audio cut-off at the terminal end
,
following on-hook by mistake, set the line retrieve time-out to 500 ms (default value 1,500ms). This
timeout is part of the configuration data (
CI22
) and can be changed:
•
In F0/F1/F2 via the menu 1-7 "Parameter management", 2 "Miscellaneous parameters" by
ensuring the "Modification of other parameters" =
YES
.
•
In F3/F4, modification is carried out
on all the clusters
by the MMCs: AGDMEM and
AGDTOOL which are used to access table 56 (the decimal value to enter is 50).
It is possible, outside ATDC mode, to program the storage, re-transmit and hold functions via
MMC.
2.11.6
i7xx range from R2.1
No ATDC function available on i760 sets.
