4.4.

The

Top slide position

means the X and Y coordinates of the top slide in the current magazine. The X value is identical with the

Sensor pos X

value. Prepare five single-wide magazines with slides in the positions 1, 18, 19, 20. In case of a double-wide one, insert slides to positions
1,3,4,5. Insert the appropriate magazines in the column you want to set.

4.5.

Click the

Top slide position

button. For a convenient setting, it is recommended to use a wireless keyboard. Open the Gripper as wide as the

slides in the magazine to set. Select the first magazine in the compartment and the first slide in the magazine. Click the

Approach slide

button. If the Arm has approached the slide without an error, click

Insert

on the keyboard to close the Gripper. The slide must fit the indent

of the shoes. The positioning is correct if the slide is slightly (~0,1-0,2mm) elevated from the magazine. You can do the adjustment navigating
the Arm with the slide in 100µm resolution and watch the slide. On the next page, you can compare with correct and wrong settings. The full
distance between two positions (2.1mm) minus slide height (~1,1mm) is equal with our full room to maneuver (~1mm).
