VCX V7111 VoIP Gateway User Guide

Parameter Description

Gateway Registration Name

[GWRegistrationName]

Defines the user name that is used in From and To headers of REGISTER
messages. Applicable only to single registration per gateway
(AuthenticationMode = 1).
If GWRegistrationName is not specified (default), the Username parameter
is used instead.

If AuthenticationMode=0, all the gateways endpoints are
registered with a user name that equals to the endpoints phone
number.

First Redundant Proxy IP
Address

[ProxyIP]

IP addresses of the first redundant Proxy you are using.
Enter the IP address as FQDN or in dotted format notation (for example
192.10.1.255). You can also specify the selected port in the format: <IP
Address>:<port>.

This parameter is available only if you select

Use Prox

y in the

Enable Proxy

field.

When port number is specified, DNS NAPTR/SRV queries are not
performed, even if ProxyDNSQueryType is set to 1.
