Parameter
Description
untrust
Sets the specified ports as untrusted ports.
trust
Sets the specified ports as trusted ports.
Guidelines
The trusted ports do not filter ARP messages, meaning that the DAI function is disabled.
A port can support the DAI function only when VLAN and the port’s DAI function are both
enabled.
Default
This command sets trusted ports.
Example
The following example sets port 2 as an untrusted port:
zte(cfg)#set arp-inspection port 2 untrust

Purpose
This command sets the maximum number of ARP messages that a port processes in each
second.

Guidelines
Only untrusted ports support the limitation configuration. The maximum number of ARP
