14.1.3 Configuring the PPPoE Intermediate Agent (PPPoE-IA)
When PPPoE-IA is enabled, the ZXA10 C300 adds port information to the upstream
PPPoE-IA packets.
Context
When users access the Internet in
mode, the ZXA10 C300 uses PPPoE-IA to
locate port. The system carries the user information in the PPPoE-IA discovery packets to
report to the
for user authentication, and thus binding the user account and circuit.
The global PPPoE-IA function and VLAN PPPoE-IA function are mutually exclusive.
