ONFIGURATION

It is mainly used to connect Internet through Ethernet. There are three major connection types: Static IP, DHCP and PPPoE.

Static IP: Configure interface IP manually. If it is necessary
to have network access through WAN, then it is required
to additionally provide gateway, DNS, default router, etc.
DHCP: DHCP client obtains IP automatically. If it is
necessary to have network access through WAN, then it is
required to additionally provide gateway default routing
configuration.
PPPoE: PPPoE dial-up to obtains IP (usually ADSL dial-up is
realized through external ADSL modem). If it is necessary
to have network access through WAN, then it is required
to additionally provide gateway default routing
configuration.
