TESTING
With the vehicle running, open the Diagnostic Viewer and connect to the RS-4000. As you should be on the same
subnet, the diagnostic viewer should auto connect. If multiple vehicles are online, select the I.P. address of the
vehicle you wish to view.
1.
Click the CONNECT/DISCONNECT icon from the menu bar.
2.
Once connected check the status of the following (top to bottom):

Version matches version displayed on the RS-4000 screen.

Settings Downloaded
c.
Settings Applied
d.
GPS Available
e.
Send Cache Size
f.
DAQ Port Status
g.
Send to Server
h.
ZOLL Online Connected
i.
SxS Port Status
j.
UIB Port Status
k.
Tenant Key
l.
Vehicle Key
m.
Serial Number *must match serial number on the sticker* contact ZOLL if mismatched.

ZOLL RescueNet Road Safety Running
There are four possible statuses: blue, green, yellow and red.
= Reporting Data
= Status Good
= Attention
= Status bad
A “Red – Status bad” indicates a problem that will need to be corrected.
