button to set “COLOR” or “B/W” for the functions described below.

Note: Set this video mode to “B/W” during playback, recording when a black and white
camera is in use.

When in the video mode “B/W”, black and white images will be recorded or playback.

In the following cases, the buzzer will be heard approximately 5 times

If the REC button is pressed while a cassette without erasure prevention tab is set.
o
If a cassette, without the erasure prevention tab, is loaded while the timer is set

o
If there is a link recording input while a cassette without erasure prevention tab is loaded.
o

Checking The Alarm Recording Times
5. Press the MENU button to display the initial MENU.
6. Press the SHIFT

button to move the arrow mark (

) to ALARM RECALL.
7. Press the SHIFT

button to display the ALARM RECALL menu.
The number of alarm triggers and the 35 most recent alarm recording times are displayed.
8. Press the MENU button twice, the normal screen is displayed.
Checking Power Fail Recall
5. Press the MENU button to display the initial MENU.

) to POWER FAIL RECALL.
7. Press the SHIFT

button to display the POWER FAIL RECALL menu.
The number of power losses, and the 35 most recent power loss times are displayed.
8. Press the MENU button twice, the normal screen is displayed.

The data for the previous alarm recordings, past 35, is erased.
o
POWER FAIL……………. The number of power losses and the data and time of the 35 most recent power
losses and recoveries are displayed
