Item Inspection
Placing materials:
The objects must be placed on the conveyor belt or the conveyor
roller as indicated on the entry as "INPUT BAGGAGE".
Item inspection:
When an item goes into the tunnel, the monitor will display the
scanned image of the item. Different colors indicate different materials. The direction
keys on the console board or the software interface controls the moving direction of the
conveyor belt.
Step 1:
Place the item at the tunnel entrance.
Step 2:
Press the “Forward” button.
Step 3:
When the item goes through the tunnel, the X-Ray indicator (red light) turns on.
Step 4:
Finally remove the item after scanning.
Shut Down
Step 1:
Stop running the conveyor belt, turn the key to the “OFF” position. The indicator
on the right-side of the key slot will turn off and the green indicator will turn off after a
minute.
Step 2:
Disconnect the device from the external power supply. Take out the key from the
key slot.
Indicator and Emergency Stop Button
Emergency stop button:
If there is any emergency, press the Emergency stop button to
stop the X-Ray emission and conveyor belt.
