OPERATION

If obvious defects or malfunctions occur during functional and visual inspections or is there any
danger to persons, the milling unit must not be used and must be secured against unauthorised use.

Procedure
01. Open the front plate.
02. Check that the milling unit is clean. If not, clean it (see chapter „Cleaning").
03. Insert the desired material blank into the orbit (position acc. to notch) using the appropriate

04. The elaboration tools need to be placed into the tool magazine with the milling surface
facing down.
05. Check the power supply - main switch lights green.
06. Close the front plate.
07. Double-click on the desktop symbol „Zirkonzahn.Fräsen". The Zirkonzahn.Fräsen software
opens.
OPTION 2:
If the milling unit is connected to a Zirkonzahn All in One Touch PC,
the software Zirkonzahn.Fräsen starts automatically. In this case, skip this step.

11. The calculated milling data are sent to the milling unit.
12. Start milling operation.

13. Monitor the starting procedure. In the event of a malfunction of the suction unit or other
errors, stop the milling process immediately. Identify the source of error and, if possible,
eliminate it. Otherwise contact customer support.
14. After completing the milling process, the spindle slides return to the starting position.
15. Take the milled workpiece out of the orbit and complete the work.
16. Clean the device.
Should malfunctions occur during the milling operation, immediately press
the emergency shutdown switch.
