CLEAN MILLING CHAMBER
The milling chamber of the machine must be cleaned after each use. Before starting a new milling
job, the milling chamber should be checked for impurities such as dust deposits and, if necessary,
cleaned again before starting.
Before cleaning, any workpieces that may still be present must be removed from the milling
chamber. The use of a suitable vacuum cleaner (follow manufacturer's instructions) is
recommended. All areas to be cleaned are easily visible and easily accessible with standard
vacuum cleaner attachments. For cleaning the cleaning positions listed in the milling software
must be selected one after the other. Open the safety glass only after the orbit has come to a
standstill, as indicated by the green interior lighting. Otherwise the milling unit will malfunction
and switch off the orbit (safety mechanism).
Alternatively, the Cleaning Kit can be used to clean the milling chamber.
CLEANING OF THE GRINDCONTROL
To clean the Grindcontrol Basic follow the instructions (DRAA1521).
CLEANING OF THE ORBIT WITH WET PROCESSING (WITH ORBIT CLEANING LIQUID)
- Clean the orbit with the Orbit Cleaning Liquid as shown in the manual.
- Safety regulations of the product Orbit Cleaning Liquid must be observed!
