The training on milling unit operation with demos of the several possibilities of application is best
achieved by a CAD/CAM introductory course by Zirkonzahn.

PROCEDURE IN THE EVENT OF FAULTS
Detected faults
Defects and damage must be reported to Zirkonzahn immediately. Repairs and
troubleshooting should be done only under their guidance or in accordance with the
Operation and Maintenance Manual.

maintenance manual, the milling unit must be turned off. Prevent unauthorised operation. Please
contact your Zirkonzahn partner.
Possible faults and troubleshooting
Most malfunctions are detected by the software itself and the user is advised of the recommended
troubleshooting.
Possible faults and troubleshooting are:
Milling unit is not responding
- Check power supply and restore it if necessary.
- Check whether the emergency switch is activated and deactivate it if necessary.
- Restart the system.
Milling process does not start

- Insert the necessary milling burs into the tool changing magazine.
Collet chuck does not open - Changing of the burs is not working
- Check air pressure connection.
