Using Your ClearStream Player

Selecting a Source

Turning on the player will present you with the main screen from which you can
choose your media source. The main screen will show different options according to
which sources are available at the time.

The following diagram displays the available media options.

Hard Disk

(only displayed when a hard disk
is installed)

Favorites

Favorite network locations.

See user manual for more information

UPnP Media Servers

(only displayed when UPnP is enabled
and servers are available)

Web Radio

Player must be connected to the internet
to use this feature

USB

(only displayed when a compatible USB
device is connected)

Local Network

See Section 3 for configuration

From the main screen you may choose the source you wish to play media from,
Hard Disk, USB, Local Network, uPnP media servers or Web Radio. Use the arrow
keys on your remote control to select the type of source you wish to browse and
press ‘OK’

While navigating sources, only supported file types will be displayed. You can
choose which types of files are displayed; see Navigating Media Sources for more
information.
