W3 (ISP PAL Program Enable)
This jumper is used to three-state the on-board data and address buffers, allowing the
PAL at location U15 to be programmed in-circuit. This jumper should be left in the 'B'
position for normal operation.

W4-W7 (24-Bit Address Selection)
Jumpers W4-W7 enable the upper four bits of the STD 32 address bus for CPUs that
utilize 24-bit addressing (A23-A20). These should remain in the 'A' position for CPU
boards that drive all 24 address lines. The 'B' position will tie the upper four address
lines to the Ethernet chip to ground.
