No laser light
Laser manipulation slider not inserted.
Insert laser manipulation slider, see
Section 3.5 on page 42.
Reflected-light shutter is open.
Close reflected-light shutter on
microscope.
Connections to distribution box not
established.
Connect the distribution box for
laser safety.
Transmitted light illumination carrier tilted
backwards.
Bring transmitted light illumination
carrier to vertical position.
Reflector turret not clicked into position or
pulled out.
Click reflector turret into position or
push it in.
The remote plug on the safety distributor
box is not connected or the linked door
switch is not closed.
Plug the remote plug into the safety
distribution box or close the
connected door switch.
The camera or protective cover are not on
the camera adapter.
Screw the camera or protective
cover onto the camera adapter, see
section 5.6, page 54.
Reflected light lamp (e.g. HXP 120) or the
protective cover are not on the reflected light
illumination connector of the microscope
Fasten the reflected light lamp (e.g.
HXP 120) or protective cover to the
reflected light illumination
connector of the microscope, see
