Inserting the Laser Manipulation Slider
•
Carefully push the laser manipulation slider (Fig. 3-4/
1
) into the laser port of the microscope until it
clicks into place (shortly before the mechanical limit stop is reached).
•
Fix the laser manipulation slider as follows:
−
Introduce an Allen screwdriver (Fig. 3-4/
2
) through the slot of the laser manipulation slider into the
fixing wheel of the fixing unit (Fig. 3-4/
3
).
−
After that, push the Allen screwdriver carefully upwards with only a little force and remove the
Allen screwdriver again.
−
Repeat this action several times until you feel a resistance. This indicates that the slider has been
fixed sufficiently.
