Help in case of faults

Repairs should only be carried out by suitably qualified staff.
Regular inspection and maintenance prevent faults from occurring
during operation and help to ensure safety. The inspection and
maintenance intervals depend on the way the appliance is used. Ask
the customer service staff of your dealer or send for the current
customer service information material provided by the manufacturer.

Display “Appliance in use” lights up, heating

a) Check fuse and replace if necessary.

Appliance cannot be switched on.

When the appliance is switched on, the

a) Protection-against-boiling dry function has
been released. It is possible that the preassure
container is no longer full or needs topping up.
Disconnect the appliance from the mains and
call customer service.
b) Safety cut-out after the pressure in the
steam generator has risen above the maximum
admissible value to 0.6 bar.
“F10” indicated in the display.
LED display “Fault” comes on.
a) Two buttons pressed together for more than
10 sec.
a) Press buttons individually.
b) Button jammed.
b) Release jammed button by activating it
several times. Otherwise, call customer service.
“Pdr” indicated in the display.
Normal display after disconnection of the
appliance from the mains.
Acknowledge message by activating the On/Off
button.
