End of Gas Flow Time Setting

<Gas flow time> setting
(1) Press the
ENT
key in a state where the
cursor is placed next to “Flow Time,” and
the flow time setting screen shown at right
appears.
(2) On the flow time setting screen that appears,
move the cursor to the gas you want to change
the setting by pressing the or the key,
and then press the
ENT
key.
(3) The highlighted value can be changed.
Change the value by pressing the or
key, and then move the cursor to the right
by pressing the key.
(4) After changing the value, press the
ENT
key.
(5) Press the
ESC
key to return to the automatic
calibration setting screen.
Note) Only the Chs used are displayed on this screen.
The Ex. time is the output signal hold extension time after
the completion of calibration.
It is valid only when the hold setting is set to “ON.”
The Ex. time set here is also the hold extension time at the
time of manual calibration.
