The warning icon lets you know that your phone has one or more important issues. You can view details about
warnings on the
Status
screen.
Procedure
1.
Go to
Menu
>
Status
.
2.
Select
Warnings
.
The
Warnings
screen is displayed listing any issues.
Tip
: You can also press the
OK
key when the phone is idle, and then select
Warnings
.
Re-provisioning Your Phone
When the provisioning credentials are wrong, you need to ask your system administrator for the valid provisioning
credentials to re-provision your phone.
Procedure
1.
Go to
Menu
>
Status
>
Warnings
.
2.
Select
Auto-p credentials failed
>
Re Provision
.
3.
Enter valid provisioning credentials, and select
Save
.
The phone prompts you to provision now or not.
