Secondary sheave free play (clearance)
Adjustment steps:
Apply the brake to lock the secondary
sheave.
Remove the bolt 1 and washer 2 .
Adjust the secondary sheave free play (clear-
ance) by adding or removing a shim(s)

DRIVE V-BELT HEIGHT AND INSTALLATION
Apply the parking brake before installing the
drive V-belt.
1. Remove the drive V-belt guard.
2. Install the new belt over the primary sheave.
3. Rotate the secondary sliding sheave clock-
wise 1 and push 2 it so that it separates
from the fixed sheave.
4. Install the belt 3 between the secondary
sliding and fixed sheave.
