Set up point
1. Fit the handlebar assembly
1 to the handle-
bar upper holder 2 and lower holder 3 us-
ing the bolts with spring washers 4 .

Temporarily tighten bolts 4 to the handlebar
holder.

The upper handlebar holder should be
installed with the punched mark
A forward.
2. Tighten the handlebar bolts 4 and maintain
an equal gap on each side of each holder.
Be sure the small gap “a” side of the holder
faces forward.
3. Clamp the throttle cable and wire harness
with the band 7 .
4. Install the upper steering pad 5 with the
handlebar using screws 8 and the lower
steering pad 6 to the handlebar using bolts
9 , spring washer 10 and washer 11 .

Be sure the hooking C to the handlebar D .

Be sure the hooking E to the upper steering
pad F .
