12. Disconnect the air temperature sensor
coupler “c”, and then remove the YDIS
coupler “d”.
13. Remove the holder “5” and plastic ties “6”
and “7”.
Installing the wiring harness
See “Electrical component and wiring har-
ness routing” (5-1).
1. Install the YDIS coupler “a”, and then
connect the air temperature sensor cou-
pler “b”.
2. Install the PTT relay leads “1” and “2”,
ground lead “3”, and starter relay lead
“4”, and then tighten the PTT relay lead
nuts “5” and starter relay lead bolt “6” to
the specified torque.
3. Connect the starter relay lead connector
“c” and PTT relay coupler “d”.
4. Install the holder “7” to the junction box,
and then fasten the wiring harnesses
using the plastic ties “8” and “9”.
5. Install the engine ECM “1”, and then con-
nect the engine ECM coupler “a”.
6. Install the junction box “1” along with the
wiring harness.

4 N·m (0.4 kgf·m, 3.0 ft·lb)

4 N·m (0.4 kgf·m, 3.0 ft·lb)
