The generator has been shipped
without engine oil and coolant.
Fill with oil and coolant before
starting the engine to avoid dam-
age.
STARTING THE ENGINE

Before starting the engine, do
not connect any electric de-
vices.

1. 将燃油阀门转至（ON）位置。

告诫：
本发动机在出厂时未注入机油和
冷却剂。请在使用前注入燃油和冷却
剂，以避免发动机被损坏。

2. Turn the main switch key to the
“GLOW LAMP” position and
keep it there until the glow light
turns off.

“GLOW LAMP”
NOTE:
Cold weather starting:
If the ambient (surrounding) tem-
perature is below -5°C (23°F), keep
the main switch in the “GLOW
LAMP” position about 5 seconds or
more after the glow light turns off.
3. Turn the main switch key to the
“START” position.
