When engine suddenly stops

Low oil pressure

Check the oil level.

Add oil if necessary.

Hot coolant temperature
9
Check for low coolant level, in-
c o r r e c t fa n b e l t t e n s i o n ,
clogged radiator [screen/fins],
and for other cooling system
trouble.

Insufficient charging
9
Check for any problem with
the charging system.

Lack of fuel.
9
Check the fuel tank and refill
the fuel, if necessary.
9
Also check the fuel system for
air or leaks.

Bad nozzle.
9
If necessary, replace with a
new nozzle.
2
Moving parts are overheated
due to shortage of lubrication oil
or improper lubrication.

Check amount of engine oil
with oil level gauge.
9
Check lubricating oil system.
9
The oil filter cartridge should
be replaced every second oil
change.
9
Check to see if engine bear-
ing clearance is within factory
specs.
NOTE:
When the engine has suddenly
stopped, decompress the engine
by the decomp and turn the engine
lightly by pulling on the fan belt. If
the engine turns easily without ab-
nor malities, the cause of the
trouble is usually lack of fuel or a
bad nozzle.

检查油箱，需要时注入燃油。

检查燃油系统，看是否混有空气
或有漏油现象。

动部件过热。

用油位计检查发动机的油量。

检查润滑油系统。

每更换 2 次燃油后，应更换一次
滤油器筒。

查看发动机轴承间隙是否符合厂
家所定标准。
注意：
发动机突然停下时，应通过减压
和拉风扇带使发动机轻微转动来降低
发动机的压力。如果发动机简单地启
动而无任何异常情况，则问题的原因
通常是燃油不足或喷嘴不良。
