Click Add Port.
The available port types are displayed.
Select LPR Port and click New Port.
If the LPR port is not listed, install the TCP/IP protocols.
For details, see your Windows NT documentation.
In the “Add LPR compatible printer” dialog box, enter the IP address of
the DocuColor 4 LP/CP.
If your network uses Domain Name Services (DNS), enter the DNS name
assigned to the DocuColor 4 LP/CP instead of the IP address.
Press Tab and type the names listed below in lowercase letters.
Type this name exactly as shown; it is required for communication with
the printer.
The name must be one of these:
xjprint
xjhold
xjdirect
Use xjprint and xjhold only if your printer has a hard disk drive.
