Some information may not be shown, depending on the operating system
from which a job was printed.
To print the Job Log, with the WebSpooler window displayed, choose
Print Job Log from the File menu.
A log of all jobs printed by the DocuColor 4 LP/CP is printed.
To save the Job Log as a file that you can view with a different
application, with the WebSpooler window displayed, choose Export Job
Log from the File menu.
You are prompted to save the job log to disk, or open the file using an
application you specify.
Choose Save to disk and then click OK.
Enter a name for the log file. Add the extension .txt if it is not already in
the name and then click Save.
The Job Log is saved as a text file, and the Job Log window reappears.
You can view the information in any application that can read a text file.
Items are separated by tabs, but records are not separated by CR (carriage
return) code. You will need to edit the file to view it.
To delete the Job Log, with the WebSpooler window displayed, choose
Delete Job Log from the File menu.
The list of jobs printed by the Xerox DocuColor 4 LP/CP is deleted.
