Select the [Auto detect on the Network] radio button and choose [Search Now].

Choose your device and Click [OK].

¾

If the machine does not appear in the list, verify a network kit has been installed and the 
machine has been connected and configured on the network. You cannot network fax 
without having a Network Kit installed on the machine.

¾

You can also type the IP address in directly by choosing the [IP Address] radio button.

To Send a PC Fax

¾

Select Print from an application and choose Xerox PC Fax as a printer. The Xerox Fax 
Wizard will pop-up.
