Selection of pH/mV channel B

This submenu is only valid for the P measuring mode. The submenu appears with CONF pH/mV
B and offers the same variants as for channel A.

In the D mode a unique configuration (pH/pH) is necessary because of the difference forming.
Channel B is automatically set to the selection of channel A.
