EMC or EQUILIBRIUM MOISTURE CONTENT

- The moisture content that the timber

will come to and will remain indefinitely if left under any constant temperature and
humidity. This is important for sheds or rooms where dry timber is to be stored for a long
period of time.

RELATIVE HUMIDITY

- The amount of moisture that is in the air in relation to what it will
