3.11 Internal Track Assembly (optional equipment)
IMPORTANT!
Make sure to align the tracks in the kiln chamber and those outside. Failure
to ensure that the inner and outer tracks are aligned and level may result in difficulty in
loading and unloading the kiln.
Place internal track modules starting inside the doorway at 310mm from the door
opening. This will ensure the doors will close when the removable connecting track is
removed.
Lay the tracks to the back of the kiln. Place the flat cross ties in position. Bolt the cross
ties to the tracks using the M10x16 bolts supplied, starting at the door (front) end of the
kiln.
There is no tie bar closest to the door.
If necessary, cut the last track assembly to match the length of the kiln chamber.
The last tie bar is an angle stop bar closest to the back wall.
