Move the carriage back to the front pivot end rail. Raise the cutting head until the bottom
of the blade is 17" (400 mm) above the outside of the pivot rail support by actual mea-
surement with a tape or ruler.
See Figure 7-26.
8.
Move the carriage forward to check the distance to the blade at the inside of the pivot rail
support. All measurements should be equal within 1/32" (0.8 mm).
