5.1
Pre-Alignment Procedures
The Wood-Mizer sawmill is factory aligned. This section includes instructions on how to realign the
sawmill completely. Be scrupulous when performing all alignment steps, because sawmill alignment
determines accuracy of your cuts. The alignment procedure should be performed approximately
every 1500 hours of operation (sooner if you regularly transport the sawmill over rough terrain).
Routine Alignment Procedure:

Install and track the blade (

Check the angle of the blade in relation to the bed rails and adjust the lower track rollers if necessary

Check and adjust the vertical alignment of the blade guide arm (

Check and adjust the horizontal alignment of the blade guide arm (
