Blade Wheel Belts

1.

Check the blade wheel belts for wear every 50 hours of operation. Replace as needed.

Periodically check all belts for wear. Replace any damaged or worn belts as needed.

Drive Belt Adjustment 

WARNING!

 Do not for any reason adjust the drive belts with the motor

running. Doing so may result in serious injury.

See Table 3-2.   

Check the drive belt tension after the first 20 hours, and every 50 hours thereafter.

See the table below for drive belt tension specifications for your sawmill.
