With the belt securely in place at both ends, turn your printer frame upright on your 

workbench. Gently slide the extruder carriage from left to right to ensure free, unobstructed 

motion. Check the alignment of the GT2 Pulley on the X Motor to make sure it is correctly 

aligned with the belt at full travel in each direction. Adjust the position of the pulley on the 

motor shaft if required. Now push the extruder carriage all the way to the left (towards the X 

Motor) and fit the GT2 Belt Spring to the belt on the right hand side (closest to the X Idler 

Bracket) exactly as per the following image:
