Now gently tighten the four grub screws which hold the two LM8LUU bearings in place. These
only need to be done up enough to provide a small amount of pressure to the side of the
bearing inside the bracket to keep it square and so that they cannot come free during
vertical travel.
Now fit the Stepper Motor to the X Motor Bracket using four M3 x 25mm Hex Head Screws
and four M3 Nyloc Nuts paying particular attention to the orientation of the stepper motor
connector in relation to the bracket and making sure that you run the X Endstop cable along
the side of the stepper as per the following images:
Fit the 20 tooth pulley to the shaft of the stepper motor and tighten in place making sure that
one of the grub screws is aligned with the flat on the shaft of the motor and that the pulley is
correctly aligned with the belt cavity in the X Motor Bracket:
