Stub end holder (optional)
In order to weld a cap or flange to a pipe you must use the stub end holder to fix the pieces.
Take the stub end holder with the locating holes.
Set the stub end holder into a clamping tool with its front face towards the center of the machine.
Close the clamping tool and clamp the stub end holder.
By turning the spindle, you can adjust the clamping jaws continuously to the inside or outside.
Clamp the workpiece on the inside or outside with the clamping jaws according to your need.
In case you want to clamp a workpiece on the stub end holder, roughly adjust the three clamping jaws
onto the needed diameter. Orientate yourself to the grooves resp. the size markings.
Put the end cap / cap / flange centered against the stub end holder and align the end cap / cap / flange to
the pipe.
Turn the hexagon nuts and clamp the end cap / cap / flange with the clamping jaws.
After welding first release the spindles at the stub end holder.
