1. Press the SET button once and to view the Set Point. After approximately 15 seconds, the
keypad will return to normal operation and display the bottle probe temperature.
2. Press the SET button once and to view the Set Point. Press the UP ARROW or DOWN
ARROW buttons to change the set point. Press the SET button again and the numbers will blink,
confirming the change in Set Point. After approximately 15 seconds, the keypad will return to
normal operation and display the bottle probe temperature.
3. Press and hold the SET button during the display of the Hi/Lo “Temperature Data History” (hold
the button down until “rSt” blinks on the keypad). This will erase the past recorded data file and
start recording from the current time and temperature.
4. Press the SET and the DOWN ARROW buttons simultaneously for 3-5 seconds to access
Custom-er Preference Selection Mode (CPSM). CPSM allows the customer to fine-tune their unit’s
controls, such as humidity, pre-chill duration, and so on (see next page).
ALARM
The Alarm symbol is shown when the unit encounters an issue that needs attention. Alarm codes
are explained below.
