10. Attach the tubing cross brace supports (13), see

:
a. Slide the tube clamp (12) up and loosely attach one tubing cross brace support (13) with 1/2" x 1-1/4"
bolts (7) and 1/2" locknuts (8).
b. Attach the other end of the brace support to the lower tube clamp on the opposite lift arm.
c. Use a c-clamp vise grip to squeeze and hold the tube clamps in place.
