4.14. Install the Spout Hood
1. Place the hood (2) around the bearing assembly (see
Figure 26
).
2. Use 1/4" x 1" self-tapping screws (3) and 1/4" flat washers (4) to tighten the hood (2) to the conveyor spout
(1).
Note
Make sure the screws will not interfere with belt operation.
