Error
Cause
Solution
CSV export cannot be
executed in the
administration console
CSV export is executed by
the StockSAVER Server
Service and therefore runs
without admin rights
(StockSAVER Server Service
runs as a network service)
Select a directory for the CSV
file that allows write access
for the network service
(Windows user account).
A message appears: "Cannot
connect to the Server
Service." OR "Connection to
the Server Service
interrupted"
Cannot connect to the
Server Service
Ensure that a network
connection can be
established to the server
The Windows service
WERMA StockSAVER
Server Service must have
been started on the
server
Check the Windows
event display on the
server for error messages
from WERMA StockSAVER
If an in-house database
server is being used, this
must be started and it
must be possible to
establish a network
connection to this server.
Ensure that the network
connection is not
affected by a security
solution such as a firewall
or virus scanner.
Number of sensors per
SensorBox does not agree
with software
Sensor plugs incorrectly
assembled to SensorBox
Check sensors for correct
assembly
Number of SensorBoxes per
SmartBox does not agree
with the connected
devices/hardware
Bus plugs from SensorBoxes
incorrectly assembled to
SmartBox
Check bus wiring of
SensorBoxes for correct
assembly
Repeated message that “the
bus wiring has been
changed” appears but no
changes have been made
to the bus
Loose contact in bus wiring
Check the bus wiring of the
respective SensorBoxes.
Remake contacts if
necessary
Connection in the routing
module: Wireless connection
of SmartBox is unstable;
yellow or red connection
status or no connection at all
(SmartBox is displayed under
Disconnected devices)
Wireless connection is poor
Has the SmartBox been
configured correctly?
Check whether thick walls or
similar environmental factors
are affecting the wireless
connection
Connection in the routing
module: Transceiver
repeatedly loses connection
to the Service
Two Server Services are
installed for one Transceiver
(e.g. due to prior test
installation)
Remove Server Services not
in use and repeat Transceiver
commissioning
