Changing the bus wiring
If physical alterations are made to a Location, the bus wiring must be modified to suit these
alterations.
1.
Click Bus wiring.
2.
Select a rack and click Edit.
3.
Click the SmartBox icon to reset all prior bus wiring. The new bus wiring can then be
entered.
4.
Check the configuration for any errors

Save the bus wiring.

Routing
The quality of the wireless connection between Transceiver(s) and SmartBox(es) is displayed
using a bar graph and tree structure. The SmartBox automatically searches for the best
transmission route to the Transceiver. The wireless connection can be influenced by:

Line-of-sight between the SmartBox and Transceiver.
−
Avoiding metal surfaces between the SmartBox and Transceiver.
−
Transceiver position.
If there is no connection, the device will be shown in the list of Disconnected devices.
