Attaching the hardware to racks

StockSAVER manual - Software version 2.1

Option

Action

Activate

If the posting confirmation function of the SmartBox has been

activated, the material movement will be posted in StockSAVER

after a Location has been correctly replenished. If this is

completed successfully, a confirmation beep will be given by

the SmartBox. If no beep is given to confirm successful saving by

the software, an error message will be displayed on the

SmartBox and it will be blocked. No further replenishments can

be made until the software has unblocked the SmartBox.

If the replenishment was made in the wrong Location, an error

signal will be given by the SmartBox which will wait until the user

confirms that the placement error has been rectified (by

pressing the button on the SmartBox). After the user has given

confirmation, the SmartBox will remain blocked until the

software has confirmed that the data has been successfully

posted.
