Procedure

Locate safety devices
List and location of safety devices:

Covers cannot be opened without tool.
2
Suction panel cannot be opened/removed without a
tool.
3
Hygienic door gasket prevents steam
escaping from cooking chamber.
4
Rack holds containers securely.
5
Appliance door protects from hot steam.

De-energize unit
Disconnect appliance from power supply. Take
protective measures to prevent unit being switched on
again. Make sure unit is de-energized.

Check covers
Check if all covers are fitted on appliance and renew if
missing or defective.
WARNING!
Parts of oven may be hot.

Check screw presence
Check if any screws are missing and replace/renew if
necessary.

Check screw tightness
Check if screws are tightened well and retighten any
loose screws.

Check exterior surface
Check for dents on appliance outside and repair if dents
are affecting safety/reliability.
7
Check doors
Check for scratches, cracks or nicks in glass door
(inner and outer) and replace if any door is damaged.
WARNING!
Hot steam may escape when opening the door.
