Cleaning of (0ptional) Hood Front Screen

Hazards
Chemicals can cause eye and skin irritations at higher concentrations. Avoid contact with
your eyes and skin and always follow directions for use on packages and refer to Material Safety
Data Sheet (MSDS) as required.
Exercise caution and wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
Tools and supplies
Bucket, clean and sanitized
towels
Multi-Purpose Sink Detergent
Bucket, soiled towels
Procedure

Turn off the
hood before
beginning.

Remove Mesh
Filter.
Using the
handles, lift the filter up
out of bottom track.
Pull the bottom of the
filter out and pull down.

Spray
Filter.
Spray
filter with Sink Detergent
Solution. Completely soak
filter with Sink Detergent
Solution (APSC).
CAUTION!
Multi-Purpose Sink
Detergent may cause
irritations

Wash
Filter.
Wash
mesh filter in the sink.

Rinse
Filter.
Rinse
filter thoroughly in 3
compartment sink.

Dry Filter
Let filter air dry.

Replace
Mesh
Filter.
Slide top of filter into rack and
push bottom of filter into track. Push down to seat
filter.
