Check of water quality

Fill sample container
Rinse the sample container with the sampled water. Fill
the sample container.

mode”
Sampling
cold water: Close the
appliance door.
Open the 'Service agent mode' page and then the
'Service' page. Select the 'Visual' tab. Select 'Diagnostic
mode'.
At the prompt, enter and confirm the password.

Start water injection
Press and hold the actuator (1) for several seconds.
Result:
Water must be injected into the cooking chamber.
Operating certain actuators will start the fan or the
heater. Make sure that you operate the correct actuator.

Remove sprinkler nozzle
Unscrew and remove the sprinkler nozzle. Position the
sample container on a tray under the opened water
supply.

Fill sample container
Rinse the sample container with the sampled water. Fill
the sample container.

Check water quality
Check water quality of soft and cold water samples:
Measure the ppm or the conductivity.
1µS/cm = 0.6 ppm (physical assumption)

Check water distribution
Check whether the water is distributed over the entire
cooking chamber by the sprinkler nozzle. Make
especially sure that the water jet reaches the roof of the
appliance.
If not, check whether the flow pressure equals 3 - 6bar.
